Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?

No. You can always make a purchase as a guest. We do recommend that you register so you don’t miss out on the offers and information exclusive to our registered users.

Are the colors of the paintings shown on the website accurate?

We are very particular to reproduce the original hues of paintings in the images displayed on our website. However, based on the devices used & their screen display modes, mild differences may occur while viewing the products.

How do I make a purchase at Varn?

1. You can select the product and add to cart from Shop page and also individual Product page
2. Click Cart option on the menu bar to get a pop-up the cart
3. Proceed to checkout
4. Choose payment option, name, address and phone number (if you already have an account, it automatically fills up)
5. You can also set preferences for shipping, delivery time and insurance.
6. Once details are filled in, the proceed button takes you to payment gateway where you can choose your mode of payment
7. Once payment is through your purchase is complete and you will receive a confirmation order and invoice with the delivery date.

How do you ship my paintings? What happens if I receive a painting with damages?

As Varn sells only original art, we ship our paintings with a lot of care. We use top quality art containers. The paintings are rolled with a protective layer and shipped to you. For additional safety, we also include options for signed delivery (mandatory for paintings above €500). Any damage in the product received by the customer must be reported to us within 24 hours via brinda@varn.nl or +31 687062195. Make sure to take photos of the packaging and the painting and mail them to brinda@varn.nl for a damage analysis. Our support staff will contact you to discuss the next steps.

Do you provide frames and framing services for paintings?

Currently, we do not provide framing services. However, if required, we shall assist you in selecting frames and also frame services with a third party vendor.

What are the modes of Payment you accept?

We accept iDEAL mode of payment. For payment through bank transfer please get in touch with us at brinda@varn.nl.

Orders

How do I know that my order is confirmed?

Once the order is placed online, you get an email for order confirmation. Usually, the order is confirmed within few minutes of placing the order. If you do not receive an order confirmation email with in 24 hours, please do let us know at brinda@varn.nl or call us directly (+31 687062195). We will be happy to help you.

How do I know the status of my shipment?

The status of your shipment can be found at My account page. Alternatively you will also receive a mail with a track and trace link to get realtime information about the staus of your shipment.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

The shipping address cannot be changed after the package is sent for shipping. You can call us @ +31 687062195 to check on the status and if it’s not shipped yet, we deliver to the new address.

Returns

How do I track my package?

Once the shipment is made for a confirmed order you will receive your tracking number via email. Tracking number will be also there in your Varn account. You can enable the option of delivering order status through email and phone number to get updates about your order status through out the shipment process.

How do I return a package?

If you would like to return a painting, you can do so within 7 days after receiving it. To initiate a return process, please let us know the order number and reason for the return and latest photos of the painting for a damage assessment through email (brinda@varn.nl) or call us at (+31 687062195). Do not ship the painting back to Varn, without confirmation from us that the return is approved.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

No, it is not possible to cancel an order via online or through emails or calls.
